when I got the cushion, no instruction or install paperwork was included. That's why I didn't give a 5 star. the cushion is very comfortable

Being short of stature, I needed something for the car to keep the sun out of my eyes when driving early or late in the day. Visor additions did not work. My husband suggested elevating myself with a cushion of some kind. Being a retired nurse, I was familiar with this type of product in hospital use, so went to one of the local suppliers to purchase this wonderful product. It is exactly what was needed to solve the problem. No more holding my hand up to shield my eyes from the sun whether I am driving or a passenger. Thank you for making this product available.

I purchased a cushion a year ago and the zipper was broken. Midwest Medicall ordered a new one which I had to pay for. Didn’t know these were a lifetime warranty as it came on the wheelchair.
